Update of Europe barge MOC dates for Christmas, New Year's holidays 2020

Please note that effective Dec. 22, Dec. 23 and Dec. 24, Platts will publish bids, offers and trades in its Market on Close assessment process for refined product barges that load 7-15 days forward, not the usual 3-15/5-15 days forward range.

The full detail for each day can be seen below:

On December 22 MOC dates will be December 29 - January 06 (FE dates: December 29 - January 02; MW dates: December 31 - January 04; BE dates: January 02 - January 06)

On December 23 MOC dates will be December 30 - January 07 (FE dates: December 30 - January 03; MW dates: January 01 - January 05; BE dates: January 03 - January 07)

On December 24 MOC dates will be December 31 - January 08 (FE dates: December 31 - January 04; MW dates: January 02 - January 06; BE dates: January 04 - January 08)

In addition, on Dec. 29, Dec. 30 and Dec. 31, Platts will publish bids, offers and trades in its Market on Close assessment process for refined product barges that load 6-15 days forward, not the usual 3-15/5-15 days forward range. Please note that the assessment remains unchanged.

On December 29 MOC dates will be January 04 - January 13 (FE dates: January 04 - January 08; MW dates: January 06 - January 10; BE dates: January 09 - January 13)

On December 30 MOC dates will be January 05 - January 14 (FE dates: January 05 - January 09; MW dates: January 07 - January 11; BE dates: January 10 - January 14)

On December 31 MOC dates will be January 06 - January 15 (FE dates: January 06 - January 10; MW dates: January 08 - January 12; BE dates: January 11 - January 15)

On Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 all European oil assessments will be basis 12:30 London time, with all cut-offs and timings commensurate with a close at that time.
