Please note that Platts intends to provide details regarding updates to its methodology for assessing its Dubai and Oman crude oil benchmarks at 5:30 pm Singapore time (0930 GMT) on November 18, 2015.

This announcement will provide updates regarding the formal consultation opened by Platts on September 3 regarding the possible inclusion of Qatar's Al-Shaheen and Abu Dhabi's Murban in the basket of crude oils reflected in its Dubai and Oman crude oil benchmarks, and the possible implementation of a Quality Premium for deliveries of Murban.
