SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes to publish 1630 Singapore time sugar futures assessments

Platts proposes to publish 1630 Singapore time assessments of ICE Sugar No. 11 Futures and ICE White Sugar Futures (LIFFE 5).

The assessments would include the first three contracts listed by the exchange for each futures' contract from the date of publication.

Platts would maintain a rolling schedule in line with the ICE expiration schedules for each futures contract.

This proposal accompanies changes being discussed to reflect the daily market value at 1630 Singapore time for a range of Thai sugar assessments. The Thais are currently basis an assessment of sugar futures at 1630 London time.
