GIA Northeast Region Locations and Location Weightings: Texas Eastern, M-2, receipts 30.14% Columbia Gas, Appalachia 22.97% Tennessee, zone 4-300 leg 17.48% Transco, Leidy Line Receipts 14.80% Texas Eastern, M-3 14.61%

GIA Midwest Region Locations and Location Weightings: REX, zone 3 delivered 31.81% Dawn, Ontario 23.63% MichCon city-gate 16.48% Panhandle, Tx.-Okla. 14.45% Alliance, into interstates 13.63%

GIA South Region Locations and Location Weightings: Waha 25.09% Transco, zone 4 22.60% El Paso, Permian Basin 21.13% Transco, zone 3 18.15% Texas Gas, zone 1 13.03%

GIA West Region Locations and Location Weightings: TCPL Alberta, AECO-C 40.00% SoCal Gas, city-gate 16.94% SoCal Gas 16.51% PG&E, city-gate 13.32% PG&E, Malin 13.23% GIA Region Weightings: GIA Northeast 37.37% GIA South 22.73% GIA Midwest 16.62% GIA West 23.28%
