SUBSCRIBER NOTE: California gasoline shifts to winter RVP Nov. 22

Please note the following RVP changes for S&P Global Platts' US West Coast gasoline assessments, effective on or around November 22, 2017:

Los Angeles CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 12.5 RVP.

Los Angeles suboctane and premium suboctane will reflect 12.5 RVP.

San Francisco CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 14 RVP.

San Francisco suboctane and premium suboctane will reflect 15 RVP.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Kinder Morgan pipeline system for shipment at the end of November. Trade in November barrels is expected to end about eight days before the end of the month, based on historical precedent.
