SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts adds Barcelona to eWindow tool for FOB Med gasoline MOC

Platts would like to clarify that Barcelona can now be specifically selected in the eWindow system for its FOB Mediterranean gasoline cargo Market On Close process.

This follows the decision to include Barcelona in the FOB Mediterranean gasoline cargo assessment and MOC process effective September 29, 2017, following a review.

The Subscriber Note can be found here: https://www.platts.com/subscriber-notes-details/26812638 The assessment reflects cargoes loading FOB basis Santa Panagia Bay or Sarroch 10-25 days from date of publication, with value normalized to reflect the mean value of the delivery period. Loadings taking place in other Med locations may be considered in the MOC assessment process and normalized back to reflect value basis Santa Panagia Bay.
