SUBSCRIBER NOTE: EXTAP to join Asia fuel oil paper, physical, sour crude physical MOC

EXTAP has advised S&P Global Platts that it would like to participate in the Platts Asia Market on Close assessment processes for Asia fuel oil paper and physical as well as sour crude physical (including Dubai partials).

Platts has reviewed EXTAP and will consider information from EXTAP in the Asia assessment processes for Asia fuel oil paper and physical as well as sour crude physical (including Dubai partials), subject at all times in adherence with Platts editorial standards.

Platts will publish all relevant information from EXTAP accordingly. Platts welcomes all relevant feedback regarding MOC participation. Platts considers bids, offers and transactions by all credible and creditworthy parties in its assessment processes.
