Subscriber note: Platts confirms launch of Black Sea-Med 140,000 mt assessment

Further to its proposal note published on August 12, 2013, Platts confirms it will launch daily assessments for a Black Sea-Mediterranean route reflecting 140,000 mt crude cargoes on November 4, 2013.
