Platts to launch new ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Intra) natural gas index

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will launch a new natural gas daily and monthly ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Intra) index and change the name of the existing ICE Agua Blanca Pool index to ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Inter), to align with the Agua Blanca Pool trading locations on ICE.

These changes will take effect on trade date Dec. 18 for flow date Dec. 19 for the daily indexes, and for trade date Dec. 24 for the monthly indices, the first trading day of January bidweek.

The symbols for the new ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Intra) index are as follows:

• Daily Index: JAAXZ00
• Monthly Fixed: JAAXZ03
• Monthly Basis: JAAXZ36

Symbols for the name change to ICE Agua Blanca Pool (Inter) index are as follows:

• Daily Index: JAAHU00
• Monthly Fixed: JAAHU03
• Monthly Basis: JAAHU36
