SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to move Russia oil product content to European Marketscan

Please note that S&P Global Platts plans to migrate all Russian domestic and netback refined oil product assessments to European Marketscan with effect from January 2, 2018. Three associated refined product commentaries will move from Russian Marketscan to European Marketscan at the same time.

As part of his migration, Platts will discontinue the publication of the Russian Marketscan in pdf format. The final edition of Russian Marketscan will be published on December 29, 2017.

All crude oil and refined products content currently available in the Russian Marketscan will continue to be available on Platts Global Alert, where it is published in full, including all assessments and commentaries.
