GIA Northeast Region Locations and Location Weightings: Texas Eastern, M-2, receipts 31.09% Columbia Gas, Appalachia 20.87% Tennessee, zone 4-300 leg 17.22% Texas Eastern, M-3 15.64% Transco, Leidy Line Receipts 15.18%

GIA South Region Locations and Location Weightings: Transco, zone 4 25.49% El Paso, Permian Basin 22.78% Waha 20.99% Texas Gas, zone 1 15.65% Transco, zone 3 15.09%

GIA Midwest Region Locations and Location Weightings: REX, zone 3 delivered 34.27% Dawn, Ontario 24.81% NGPL, Midcontinent 13.96% Alliance, into interstates 13.91% MichCon city-gate 13.05% GIA West Region Locations and Location Weightings: TCPL Alberta, AECO-C 40.00% SoCal Gas, city-gate 17.94% SoCal Gas 17.46% PG&E, Malin 12.82% PG&E, city-gate 11.78%

GIA Region Weightings: GIA Northeast 37.33% GIA South 19.10% GIA Midwest 17.35% GIA West 26.22%
