Subscriber note: Platts to discontinue Bosporus delays assessment Nov 1

Following feedback to its April 2012 notice, Platts confirms that it will discontinue its Bosporus delays combined days assessment with effect from November 1, 2012. This assessment only appears in the Platts price database, and no longer in the Dirty Tankerwire where individual Northbound and Southbound delays will continue to be displayed.
