Planned downtime of Platts Clean Tankerwire, Platts Dirty Tankerwire and Platts Dry Freightwire HTML content

As part of an internal enhancement to our system and effective October 24th, 2019 to November 4, 2019, we will not be displaying HTML content on Platts Clean Tankerwire, Platts Dirty Tankerwire and Platts Dry Freightwire pages on PMC. However, the same content will continue to be available, unaffected, in the "Download Report" area of the screen.
