The Platts office in Singapore will be closed on Monday, October 28, 2019, for the Deepavali holiday, and there will be no East of Suez clean and dirty tanker assessments and no publication of the Dry Freight Wire on that day.

Normal Singapore publishing schedules will resume on Tuesday, October 29.
