Platts to update flat rate used in FOB Azeri Light, BTC freight-adjusted assessments

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will update the Ceyhan to Augusta flat rate used in Azeri Light FOB Ceyhan and BTC FOB Ceyhan freight netback calculations from Nov. 1 to reflect an increase in port fees, as detailed in Worldscale Circular No. 2 (2023) for the route.
