SUBSCRIBER NOTE: US West Coast gasoline RVP shifts set for November 1

Please note upcoming RVP changes in US West Coast gasoline assessments:

Los Angeles CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 10.5 RVP on November 1, 2017.

Los Angeles unleaded and premium unleaded gasoline assessments will reflect 11.5 RVP on November 1.

San Francisco CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 12.5 RVP on November 1.

San Francisco unleaded suboctane and premium unleaded suboctane gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP on November 1.

Seattle suboctane and premium suboctane gasoline assessments will reflect 15 RVP on November 1.

Portland suboctane and premium suboctane gasoline assessments will reflect 15 RVP on November 1.

The changes are due to seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by Kinder Morgan's pipeline system and the Olympic Pipeline system.
