17 Oct 2017 | 09:21 UTC — Houston
Please note that US Gulf Coast gasoline assessments of conventional gasoline at 87 octane and 93 octane will shift to 13.5 RVP (M4 and V4) on or around October 25, 2017.
This date reflects the beginning of trade for Colonial Pipeline's 60th cycle of 2017 and the first day after the October 24 scheduling date for the 59th cycle, as detailed in the most recent published Colonial dates for pipeline scheduling.
The note supersedes a subscriber note published October 5 indicating the shift would take place at a later date. That note was based on an RVP calendar published September 26. On October 16, Colonial published a revised pipeline schedule indicating M4 and V4 would be the only gasolines shipped on Cycle 60.
The assessment for CBOB at 13.5 RVP (A4) was unaffected by this change and also begins with Cycle 60.
