Platts launches OSPs for Nigeria's Agu, CJ Blend, Jones Creek Blend crude oil

S&P Global Platts will publish new official selling prices (OSPs) for Nigeria's Agu, CJ Blend, and Jones Creek Blend crude grades, effective from the release of the November 2021 OSPs.

Platts will publish the OSPs as both a differential to the monthly average of Dated Brent and an outright value on a monthly basis as received from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).

Platts typically receives NNPC OSP information between the 16th and 26th day of the month, applicable for cargoes loading in the following calendar month.

Ahead of the release of the November OSP cycle, Platts has backfilled historic Agu, CJ Blend and Jones Creek Blend data under the following codes as of Oct. 13, 2021:

AGODB00 Agu OSP vs Dated Brent Mavg

CJBOS00 CJ Blend OSP (Nigeria)

CJBDB00 CJ Blend OSP vs Dated Brent Mavg

JCBOS00 Jones Creek Blend OSP (Nigeria)

JCBDB00 Jones Creek Blend OSP vs Dated Brent Mavg

These new values will be published alongside Platts existing Nigerian OSPs on Platts Global Alert page 1065.
