Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will add Agioi Theodoroi to the list of available hubs for its FOB Mediterranean premium unleaded 10 ppm gasoline cargo eWindow instrument in the Platts Market on Close assessment process, effective Oct. 24, 2022.
Following a review, Platts added the port of Agioi Theodoroi to the list of ports reflected in the MOC process for FOB Mediterranean premium unleaded 10 ppm gasoline cargoes on Sept. 26, 2022: https://www.spglobal.com/commodityinsights/en/our-methodology/subscriber-notes/092622-platts-adds-agioi-theodoroi-to-ports-reflected-in-fob-med-premium-unleaded-10ppm-gasoline-cargo-assessment
From Oct. 24, participants in the MOC process will be able to submit bids or offers for premium unleaded 10 ppm gasoline cargoes loading from Agioi Theodoroi for publication directly through the eWindow communication tool, or do so through an editor who would then publish the bids and offers using the software.

Agioi Theodoroi can be found using the following options: Market type = Platts Variable Oil; Region = Europe; Product = Platts Prem Unl FOB Med Crg; Name = Platts Prem Unl FOB Med Crg FOB bss Agioi Theodoroi - 10-25
Platts has established clearly defined guidelines and standards of incrementability which apply when publishing bids and offers in the MOC process in order to ensure an orderly and transparent price assessment process.
