SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USGC CBOB, Premium CBOB to shift to 13.5 RVP October 24

Please note that the assessments for US Gulf Coast CBOB (A grade) and Premium CBOB (D grade) will reflect 13.5 RVP on or about October 24, 2017, after the end of scheduling for Colonial Pipeline's 59th shipping cycle.

This date reflects the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline and feedback from market participants.

This note supersedes an earlier note regarding the CBOB and premium CBOB RVP transition sent on October 5.

The RVP transition for conventional 87 unleaded gasoline (M grade), premium conventional 93 unleaded gasoline (V grade), and other refined products detailed in the October 5 subscriber note remains unchanged.
