SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Group 3 gasoline shifts to 13.5 RVP on October 31

Please note that S&P Global Platts' Group 3 suboctane and premium suboctane gasoline assessments will reflect 13.5 RVP effective October 31, 2017.

The change is based on the Magellan Pipeline RVP shift calendar for gasoline at Tulsa, Oklahoma. Magellan shifts to 13.5 RVP on November 1.
