Platts will launch eWindow for its European diesel, gasoil and jet CIF Northwest European cargoes assessment process and its Mediterranean diesel and gasoil cargoes assessment process on Thursday, October 31. When hitting a bid subject to the acceptance of a named vessel, seller should communicate to Platts via Yahoo Messenger such fact within 30 seconds of the deal going through. Failure to do so would result in the deal going through as a clean hit. The following Yahoo addresses should be used to communicate with Platts: plattsdiesel for gasoil and diesel cargoes, jetplatts for jet cargoes. In the new system, all trades going through on named vessel offers will be subject to the acceptance of the ship. Please send all comments by October 18, 2013, to europe_products@platts.com, with a cc to pricegroup@platts.com. For written comments, please provide a clear indication if comments are not intended for publication by Platts for public viewing. Platts will consider all comments received and will make comments not marked as confidential available upon request.
