Starlite Capital Limited has advised S&P Global Platts that it would like to participate in the Platts ASIA Market on Close assessment process for FUEL OIL (Paper).

Platts has reviewed Starlite Capital Limited and will consider information from Starlite Capital Limited in the ASIA assessment process for FUEL OIL (Paper) MOC segment, subject at all times to adherence to Platts editorial standards.

Platts will publish all relevant information from Starlite Capital Limited accordingly.
