SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USGC conventional 87, premium conventional, CBOB, premium CBOB to shift to 13.5 RVP October 18

Please note that the assessments for US Gulf Coast conventional 87 unleaded gasoline (M grade), premium CBOB (A grade), premium CBOB (D grade), and unleaded 89 gasoline will reflect 13.5 RVP on or about October 18, 2018, after the end of scheduling for Colonial Pipeline's 59th shipping cycle.

This date reflects the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline and feedback from market sources. Transitions for other grades to 13.5 RVP on other dates will be addressed in separate subscriber notes.

Please also note that on October 18, the assessment for premium conventional grade will reflect 13.5 RVP for Colonial Pipeline's 61st shipping cycle of the year. Premium conventional grade ships every other cycle on Colonial.
