Platts reminds its subscribers that its current Zeebrugge assessments are for the existing Zeebrugge hub, or beach point. Platts will monitor the trading patterns at the virtual trading point of Zeebrugge Trading Point that will be introduced by the Belgian gas network from October 1, 2012. Trading activity at the ZTP will be amongst the information considered when assessing Belgian gas prices, but would be subject to a normalization process (such as considering capacity price differentials) so that the published prices will continue to reflect Zeebrugge beach. Please send comments to power@platts.com and cc pricegroup@platts.com.
