SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Many USGC gasoline assessments change to winter RVP on or around Oct 21

Please note that S&P Global Platts assessments for US Gulf Coast conventional grade gasoline and premium conventional grade gasoline will change to 13.5 RVP after the end of scheduling for Colonial Pipeline's 60th shipping cycle of 2019, on or around October 21.

On this same date, US Gulf Coast CBOB and Premium CBOB will change to 14.5 RVP.

These changes apply to both Colonial Pipeline assessments and waterborne assessments.

This date reflects the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline and feedback from market sources.

RVP transitions for other USGC gasoline grades will be detailed in separate subscriber notes.
