Subscriber Note: USGC RBOB gasoline shifts to 13.5 RVP September 19

The RBOB 87 octane (F3) and PBOB 93 octane (H3) 11.5 RVP gasoline grades will shift September 19 with the start of Colonial Pipeline's 54th cycle to 13.5 RVP (F4 and H4) gasoline assessments. This is a seasonal RVP gasoline shift. The Platts assessment policy is to quote the lowest prompt RVP number.
