CAO Singapore signals interest to join Asia HSFO MOC

China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corp. Ltd has advised Platts it intends to take part in the Platts Asia Market on Close assessment process for physical HSFO.

Platts considers bids, offers and transactions by all credible and credit worthy parties in its assessment procedures.

Platts requests that any potential counterparty that may be unable to trade with CAO Singapore, for any reason, to please notify Platts.
