Platts is proposing to discontinue its daily and weekly FOB ARA Barge 6,000 NAR 90-day assessments due to limited trading and market interest.

The assessments are published on Global Coal Alert page 420 (daily) and 430 (weekly), in Coal Trader International, and in Platts Market Data category CI. Platts intends to end publication of these assessments on December 9, 2016. The affected codes are: Daily FOB ARA Barge 6,000 NAR 90-day price in $/mt: AARCQ00 Daily FOB ARA Barge 6,000 NAR 90-day price in Eur/mt: AARCR00 Weekly FOB ARA Barge 6,000 NAR 90-day price in $/mt: AARCQ04 Weekly FOB ARA Barge 6,000 NAR 90-day price in Eur/mt: AARCR04
