SUBSCRIBER NOTE: September 13-14 Norfolk, Virginia, marine fuel assessments

In light of disruptions to operations at the port of Norfolk, Virginia, by Hurricane Florence, S&P Global Platts will not publish bids or offers for IFO 380, IFO 180 or marine gasoil in this port on September 13 and 14, 2018.

The assessments will be based on an analysis of the relationship between this port and more liquid ports.

As previously announced in a note published September 12, Platts will not publish bids or offers for marine fuels in the ports of Savannah, Georgia, or Charleston, South Carolina, on September 13 and 14.

Platts will continue to review the status of all ports affected by the storm and will make further announcements in due course.
