As part of its commitment to maintaining open dialog with the industry, S&P Global Platts is hosting a virtual ethanol methodology workshop on Sept. 23, 2021, from at 2:30-4:30 pm Central time.
This workshop will focus on the benchmark Platts Chicago terminal ethanol assessment, the Platts Market on Close assessment process and the proposed Houston rail assessment.
The goal of the workshop is to gather feedback from all stakeholders and interested parties regarding if any changes are needed for Platts ethanol assessments. Any subsequent amendments to Platts ethanol pricing methodology would follow normal editorial standards including a formal feedback, proposal and review process.
Discussion will be conducted under relevant antitrust laws.
