SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Oilchart International NV to join EMEA fuel oil barge MOC

Oilchart International NV has advised Platts that it would like to participate in the Platts European Market on Close assessment process for high sulfur and low sulfur fuel oil barges and RMK barges.

Platts has reviewed Oilchart International NV and will consider information from Oilchart International NV in the EMEA assessment process for fuel oil and RMK barges subject at all times to adherence with Platts editorial standards.

Platts will publish all relevant information from Oilchart International NV accordingly.
