SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USGC RBOB, Premium RBOB to shift to 11.5 RVP on or around Aug 27

Please note that the Platts US Gulf Coast RBOB (F grade) and Premium RBOB (H grade) gasoline assessment will reflect 11.5 RVP on or about August 27, 2019, after the end of scheduling gasoline for Colonial Pipeline's 49th shipping cycle of the year.

This date reflects the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline. Transitions for other grades to 11.5 RVP on other dates will be addressed in separate subscriber notes.
