PetroEast Singapore Pte Ltd joins Singapore fuel oil swaps MOC

PetroEast Singapore Pte. Ltd. has advised Platts that it intends to take part in the Singapore Platts Market on Close assessment process for high sulfur fuel oil swaps.

All expressions of interest to trade will be published as PetroEast Singapore Pte. Ltd.
