Kygnus Sekiyu K.K. has advised S&P Global Platts that it would like to participate in the Platts Asia Market on Close assessment process for Japan waterborne and rack gasoline, gasoil, kerosene, low sulfur fuel oil and high sulfur fuel oil. Platts has reviewed Kygnus Sekiyu K.K. and will consider information from Kygnus Sekiyu K.K. in the Asia assessment process for Japan waterborne and rack gasoline, gasoil, kerosene, LSFO and HSFO, subject at all times to adherence with Platts editorial standards. Platts will publish all relevant information from Kygnus Sekiyu K.K. accordingly. Platts welcomes all relevant feedback regarding MOC participation. Platts considers bids, offers and transactions by all credible and creditworthy parties in its assessment processes.
