Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has discontinued 13 Americas Nitrates price assessments, effective July 1.
This discontinuation follows a review of the US domestic nitrates market dynamics and trade flows, with a focus on key fertilizer-producing and consuming regions.
Of the 13 assessments discontinued, eight cover Urea Ammonium Nitrate (UAN) and five cover Ammonium Sulphate (AS). The assessments discontinued are:
