CLARIFICATION NOTE: Platts to discontinue publication of London ESPO Rationale

S&P Global Platts will cease publication of the London ESPO Rationale on September 2, 2019, as the assessment is no longer used for any derivatives settlement purposes.

The rationale is currently published in the Crude Oil Marketwire and via Platts Global Alert on page 1286.

Platts will continue to publish the London ESPO assessment as both a differential and an outright price assessment.
