Market Data (Dispatch) delivery schedule changes postponed

As previously announced, Platts launched a totally new Market Data (formerly Dispatch) FTP distribution platform on June 27. Besides being more flexible, reliable and scalable, the new system will also enable Platts to improve file delivery times.

Platts originally planned to activate the new delivery schedule for Market Data files on July 11. However since this new schedule cannot be implemented on the legacy platform, and in order to allow more time for users to convert to the new one, Platts will delay activation of the new schedule.

The current delivery schedule will remain in effect until further notice. Please continue to monitor these messages for notices regarding when the new schedule will be put into effect.

We appreciate your patience as we finalize full implementation of this new platform. We're working diligently to resolve the remaining issues to ensure all users can enjoy one of the major benefits, timelier delivery, as soon as possible.
