Reminder: column name change in Platts symbol files

Platts will be changing the header of the CSV symbol files on Platts FTP, Platts.com and Platts Market Center (PMC) to reflect the correct Platts terminology for Market Data. The first column in the file will change from "DSP" to "MDC" with effect from July 18th, 2015.
