Platts to amend basket flat rates for select Libya and Baltic-related dirty tanker routes July 1

Following recent Worldscale Association updates, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will amend the Worldscale flat rate baskets used in $/mt calculations for two dirty tanker assessments, effective July 1, 2025.
