S&P Global Platts to amend Worldscale baskets for LOOP-linked dirty tanker assessments July 1

Following a Worldscale Association update to the Louisiana Offshore Oil Port (LOOP), S&P Global Platts will amend the Worldscale flat rate baskets used in $/mt calculations in 12 dirty tanker assessments, effective July 1, 2021.

With this amendment, the new average flat rates for the below stated rates will change as follows:
