SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to not publish end-June Singapore HSFO bids, offers, trades on Fri

Due to a substantial volume of trades reported through the Platts Market on Close assessment process for FOB Singapore high sulfur fuel oil loadings, Platts will not publish bids, offers or expressions of interest to trade for loading dates June 27 to June 30 for FOB Singapore or FOB Malaysia high sulfur fuel oil. Bids and offers submitted for publication in the MOC assessment process will be published with loading dates specified for July 1 loading onwards.

Platts will assess value for June 27-30 loading dates reflecting on the basis of prevailing market structure demonstrated through reported bids, offers and transactions for the remainder of the loading dates reflected in the FOB Singapore HSFO assessments.

Platts tracks all circumstances surrounding trades reported during its MOC assessment process, and any issues regarding performance. Platts not only focuses on the performance of the transaction at the time of trade, but also on any significant issues stemming from such trades, including logistics and eventual delivery of the product. Post-deal tracking enables Platts to determine the actual performance of the participants in the trade and the validity of their inputs.

Platts continues to monitor all trades reported through the MOC process for FOB Singapore HSFO and traded during the month of June.
