S&P Global Platts is seeking feedback on a proposal to revise ports reflected in its CFR China assessment for solvent-grade mixed xylene.
All South China ports and East China ports -- Dongguan, Nanjing, Nansha, Ningbo, Shanghai and Zhenjiang -- currently included in the assessment will be discontinued due to inactivity.
The East China ports of Zhangjiagang, Jiangyin and Changshu, however, will be included in the assessment, based on preliminary market feedback, effective August 1, 2018.
Please direct any questions or comments to petchems@spglobal.com with a copy to pricegroup@spglobal.com by June 29, 2018.
For written comments, please provide a clear indication if comments are not intended for publication by Platts for public viewing. Platts will consider all comments received and will make comments not marked as confidential available upon request.
