The Platts Group 3 ULSD (X grade) and suboctane gasoline (V grade) Market On Close (MOC) assessment process is now facilitated through eWindow technology. As such, timing guidelines and incrementability rules will follow eWindow environment rules as follow: Bids/offers due for window entry at 2.45.00.99 pm ET; cutoff for last price changes at 3.14.00.99 pm ET; repeatability within 30 secs; final state at 3.14.01.00 pm ET; market close at 3.15.00.99 pm ET; extension trigger period from 3.14.40.99 pm ET to 3.15.00.99 pm ET; extension state from 3.15.01.00 pm ET to 3.16.00.99 pm ET. Additionally, Platts assessments reflect a delivery timing of the next business day as "Standard" under eWindow instruments.
