SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to include new Infineum additives in Singapore gasoil assessments

Following a continued review of additives reflected in its FOB Singapore gasoil assessments, Platts proposes to begin reflecting new additives used across the region.

The additives are as follow:

Product Additive Type Infineum R575 Flow Improver Infineum R709 WAFI Cold Flow Infineum R225 MDFI Cold Flow Infineum R799 WASA Cold Flow Infineum R646 Lubricity Improver

These additives are used by refiners in North Asia.

Platts proposes to add this additive to the list of recognized additives reflected in its assessment process. Platts understands that the additive has also been accepted for use in Australia.
