S&P Global Platts is clarifying the modes of transport reflected in its free delivered northwest Europe ethylene, propylene and butadiene spot assessments.

FD NWE ethylene spot assessments reflect pipeline as the accepted mode of transportation, in line with industry practices.

FD NWE propylene spot assessments reflect pipeline, railcar, truck and barge delivery, in line with industry practices.

FD NWE butadiene spot assessments reflect railcar and barge delivery, in line with industry practices.
