Platts will be reorganising the way news headlines are captured and summarized for readers of Platts European Power Alert (EPA).
With effect from September 5, 2015, for European market open on Monday September 7, 2015, all news stories will be published on EPA page PEP0100.
Readers interested in viewing all current headlines will be able to filter headlines using fixed page 100 as the principal filter, or simply by filtering PEP pages. Viewing headlines this way will allow readers to more easily, and more immediately, click through to each underlying news story.
As part of this change, Platts is retiring EPA pages PEP0101-PEP0106, which currently stack headlines in a static format. Since EPA news will be available on PEP0100 Platts will also suspend EPA pages PEP0107-PEP0199, which currently carry individual news stories on a rolling publication cycle.
In line with other alert pages, and as well as the above changes to EPA news, Platts will be introducing a fixed page directory, PEP0001, over the coming weeks. The new directory will display all relevant EPA pages on a series of fixed reference pages.
