SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts extends USG MX, MTBE weekly averages to three decimal places

S&P Global Platts has updated its calculations for AASMZ04 (MX FOB USG M2 cents/gal Wavg) and PHAVV04 (MTBE USG cents/gal Wavg) to three decimal places effective May 17. The database will contain the midpoint of those weekly averages. Platts had been calculating these averages extending to two decimal places.

AASMZ04 (MX FOB USG M2 cents/gal Wavg) will continue to be published every Friday on PC234 and Europe and Americas Petrochemicalscan. PHAVV04 (MTBE USG cents/gal Wavg) will continue to be published every Friday on PC234, PC343 and Europe and Americas Petrochemicalscan.
