SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts adds a new BASF additive in Singapore gasoil cargoes

Following feedback on its announcement on March 1, 2017, on a review of additives reflected in its FOB Singapore gasoil assessments, S&P Global Platts will begin reflecting BASF Keroflux 6170 from June 16, which has been used around the region.

The additive Keroflux 6170 is used by refiners in South Korea.

Platts understands that the additive has also been accepted for use in cargoes transported through Australia's multi-product pipeline systems.
