Platts proposes to discontinue redundant monthly average symbols for propylene contract prices

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, is proposing to discontinue the monthly average symbols for polymer-grade and chemical-grade propylene contract prices, effective Aug. 8, 2025.

The final monthly average would be calculated for July 2025.

Platts databases the monthly settled propylene contract prices once per month, on the first working day of the month, under the following symbols:
